Meet The Team

At Design Vision, we have a team of talented, dedicated and experienced people.

Dr. Katie Buchholz, OD is our Associate Optometrist. Prior to joining Design Vision, Dr. Buchholz spent over five years as the Contact Lens Lead in an Ophthalmology practice in Central Wisconsin.

She is well versed in all areas of Vision Care: routine eye exams, medical eye exams, contact lenses and emergency eye care injuries. Dr. Buchholz sees patients from age 3 to 100. She also participates in the INFANTSEE Program, seeing patients 6 months to a year old. We offer this service to babies of our established patients. Every month Dr. Buchholz participates in continuing education, especially focusing on Myopia Management, Contact Lenses, Dry Eye, Convergence Insufficiency, and much more.

Doris, Michelle & Cindy are talented opticians who combined have over 90 years of experience (back t the Ben Franklin monocle age - just kidding)!

Our Opticians are specially trained to work with children of all needs. We have the largest selection (>350) of infant and toddler frames: DilliDalli, DB4k, INDII kids, GIZMO, Miraflex (newest collection), Nanovista, Ray-Ban, RecSpecs, Specs4Us, Tomato and WileyX. Many local Ophthalmologists and Optometrists trust us and refer their young patients to us for glasses.

Bill is our Patient Care/Insurance Coordinator, and Benjamin is our Optometric Technician.

The entire Design Vision Team truly enjoys working with our patients of all ages and finding the perfect pair of glasses or sunglasses. We make choosing and shopping for eyewear fun! Many people don't like buying new glasses - we get this and will work with each patient to find the best pair (or pairs) of prescription eyewear to "maximize" their prescription as well as fit comfortably. Cindy and Tamia will make sure your eyewear is both flattering and reflects your very own personal style whether it is conservative, classic, colorful, or chic.
